Blocks for cutting

Blocks TM "SІM'YA" maximum size 4000x1250x1000mm, made for subsequent cutting of sheet foam standard size of 1000x500mm, with a minimum thickness of 20mm plate (thickness of sheet foam multiple of 10 mm). The maximum thickness of plates - 1000mm.
By the maximum orignal block sizes 4000x1250x1000mm the advantage in the manufacture of non-standard size plates is also taking place. For example, a plate for sandwich panels, or panels for thermal insulation of large areas of the roof and floor, basement and ground floors. At the same time, heat insulation is greatly reduced.
Automatic cutting line can produce foam sheet to 200 cub.m/day in both standard and non-standard in size in the shortest time.
The feature of blocks TM "SІM'YA" consist in making high quality imported raw materials with the most heat-physical attributes of the material. Each block corresponds to a specific brand foam.
